I dropped in and rented a Toyota RAV4 for a late March trip to Gudauri and Kazbegi. The car handled the mountain roads with ease and came in excellent condition, equipped with proper winter tires. Seeing vehicles being serviced at the main office was a reassuring detail of a well-managed car rental provider. Zurab showed me several options and was patient and thoughtful in helping me choose (and thanks again for the help afterwards too) - I've already sent your contact to a friend who's going to Georgia end April :) GSS has an office in old town and just outside. They deliver vehicles and pick up as required. They’re also reachable on WhatsApp, which made communication for extensions easy (given my plans were weather dependent) and added a sense of reliability throughout the trip. ~ Wanyi W

Das Auto Mitsubishi Pajero war sauber und technisch in einem guten Zustand. Alles hat gut geklappt, toller Service, vor allem die Erreichbarkeit bei Fragen und das Liefern des Fahrzeugs zum Hotel. Vielleicht können Sie mir beim nächsten mal einen VW Touareg anbieten falls verfügbar oder ein altes Modell Porsche Cayenne. Aber keine Kritik, der Pajero ist ein gutes Auto. ~ Simon W

הזמנו רכב ליומיים רכב 4×4 השירות שקיבלתי מהרגע הראשון היה ברמה מאוד גבוהה ועניינית ביום קבלת הרכב הסוכן הגיעה עד הבית בדיוק בשעה המבוקשת ומסר לי את הרכב תקין ונקי כמו כן בהחזרת הרכב הסוכן אסף מהבית . בקצרה שירות נהדר,מחיר טוב,יחס אישי ומקצועי. נהנתי מאוד יחזור שוב תודה רבה . ~ Alex P

We had a wonderfull 2 weeks in a jeep cherokee! Everything went perfect, from before the rental period when I emailed for information and conditions, until the drop off in tbilisi. Georgia is an amazing destination to explore by car and to get to the more remote/mountainous parts of the country we were happy to have this 4x4! Strong points: Communication was fast and easy via email, WhatsApp, by phone and in person. Friendly staff and good English! The car was in great condition, clean and what I like is that you get the actual car that you book/reserve. Good price/quality ratio. On-time pick up at the airport, with good explanation of the workings of the car, procedures, what to do if you encounter an issue etc. Totally recommendable! ~ Tom K

Todo perfecto!!! Una empresa local totalmente recomendable, alquilamos un 4x4 para dos semanas, nos lo llevaron al hotel y nos lo recogieron en el aeropuerto, muy fácil y cómodo para nosotros!! Se agradece mucho las facilidades que nos han dado. El coche estaba muy limpio y ha superado nuestras expectativas. Si volvemos a Georgia, volveríamos sin duda a alquilarles el coche a ellos!! Замечательные ребята с отличными условиями и практически новыми автомобилями. В отличие от многих европейских сервисов совсем не увлекаются меркантильным подсчётом каждой царапины. Цены адекватные. Машину подгоняют к дому и забирают оттуда же. Брали здесь девятиместный Mercedes Vito. За 2 дня проехали около 600км. Без нареканий. Так держать и огромное спасибо! ~ Garry N

Très bonne adresse pour louer une bonne voiture, propre et en bon état. Enfin, une société qui loue des 4x4 qui ne sont pas neufs (mais qui fonctionnent bien). Le véhicule est livré et recherché à votre hôtel sans aucun frais. Ils ne sont pas pénibles et sont franchement honnêtes. Par contre vous n'irez pas jusqu'à Omalo avec leur véhicule ... c'est pas permis pour votre sécurité et celle de la voiture. ~ Gérile M

Todo genial con ellos . La comunicación con waspp con ellos facilito las cosas encima tuvimos problema a la llegada y nos cambiaron la hora de recogida del vehículo así como el último día al devolverlo. La verdad que no tiene nada que enviar a otras compañías de alquiler 100×100 recomendable No dudaría en volver a alquilar con ellos en mi próxima visita. ~ Alberto O

Nous avons loué une Mitsubishi Pajero pour 2 semaines. La communication avec GSS car est rapide et efficace. Le check in/out se fait ou le client le souhaite a Tbilissi, c'est clair et également efficace. Nous avons eu un problème avec la voiture dans le séjour qui a été très vite solutionné grâce aux locaux et a GSS car qui a réagi très rapidement. Les tarifs sont bons. Каждый день вспоминал с благодарностью, т.к. по заснеженным дорогам можно было проехать только на полном приводе. לקחנו רנו דאציה , הרכב היה נקי ומתוחזק היטב. השירות היה מעולה , הביאו לנו את הרכב בזמן למלון ולקחו אותו חזרה. כשביקשנו לשנות את מקום ההחזרה מהשדה תעופה למרכז העיר הסכימו בלי בעיות וגם החזירו את ההפרש. הם לוקחים פיקדון מזומן ומחזירים בסוף ההשכרה.ממליץ בחום למי שרוצה ראש שקט. ~ אליהו צ

Брал в июле напрокат лэнд крузер для нашего путешествия по стране. Получал в аэропорту а возвращал в офисе. В залог оставил двести баксов наличными. Машина с дизельным двигателем хотя и не новая. В общем то что нужно для поездок в сванетию и боржоми особенно. Затем через перевал на море. В целом очень довольны и поездкой и машиной;) ~ Sergey

I had an excellent experience with this car rental company in July, when I rented a car for 9 days. One of the main reasons I chose them over other companies is that they are much less restrictive about which roads you are allowed to drive on – a huge advantage for travelers who want more freedom. Communication was fast and easy through WhatsApp, and the whole process of picking up and returning the car was smooth and efficient. I was especially impressed when I lost the key – within just an hour and a half they arrived from afar with a replacement key, which saved me a lot of stress. My wife and I traveled to Georgia for a couple of weeks and after a few days in Tbilisi we decided to rent a car from GSS for a week to travel around the country. The staff was kind and helpful and recommended us the most appropriate car according to our budget and travel plans which included Mestia, Ushguli, Ushba, Okatse Canyon, Katskhi pillar, Cave City of Vardzia, etc. Among the options they proposed we decided to go for a Mitsubishi Pajero. The car was clean, comfortable and was good fun to drive along all Georgian roads and took us safely to places that could only be reached with a 4x4. A big thank you to the GSS team for recommending us the most appropriate car for a memorable trip across Georgia. ~ Francesco

GSS is the best car rental service i have ever experienced, in all my travels globally. Personalised service, ever responsive, very flexible. I rented a 4*4 SUV that was well-maintained and clean. Communication with Zurab was super easy, as was the pick-up and drop process - I was able to pick it up at a preferred location in Tbilisi and drop it off at the airport. Zurab was on time on both occasions, and very patient with all my requests. He offered me good tips on where to drive to, as well. The best part was how quickly he was able to address a situation where I accidentally got locked out of the car, far away from Tbilisi. Within 30 mins, there were 2 guys who came to my location and helped me get in. If you are planning to visit Georgia, just book GSS and experience sincere Georgian hospitality from the get-go! ~ Ashok J

The realm of Car Rental has a history of bad experiences with most franchises of international companies. Definitely NOT SO with GSS. As easy as can be with the pick up at the Airport. English spoken and a breeze with the paperwork. on our return there wax a mistake (on our part) on the return time so we had to leave the keys on the front wheel tyre. An e-mail explanation once back in the UK received a courteous response saying 'well these things happen!' Very unlike the multi-national franchises who would have readily debited your credit card with a late return fee. I thoroughly recommend GSS to anyone needing a rental car in Georgia which by the way is a fantastic country to visit with very friendly locals. ~ Peter G

הזמנו GEEP CHEROKEE 4x4 לארבעה ימים דרך הווטסאפ של החברה, הרכב במצב מצוין ומחיר אטרקטיבי של 75 $ ליום כולל ביטוח ללא הגבלת קילומטרז' החברה גם סיפקה מפה באילו כבישים לא כדאי לנסוע עקב האיכות הירודה של התשתיות במדינה. הייתה זמינות מלאה ומתן מענה סביב השעון. מאוד מרוצה וממליץ בחום! ~ Sahar D

Très bon service. Nous avons loué un Duster 4x4 pour 2 semaines et le véhicule était en très bon état. L’équipe était très réactive sur whatsapp et par téléphone, avant notre arrivée, et lorsque nous avions des questions pendant le séjour, ils ont pris le temps de nous expliquer les spécificités d’une voiture automatique et comment la conduire lorsque nous sommes arrivés. ~ Emma A

When planning our first visit to Georgia, we were hesitant to rent a car. Our friends highly recommended a local agency, GSS Car Rental, and, here, too, we were hesitant. Maybe we should go with a big international agency?? Well, in the end, we decided to go with GSS Car Rental. Ordering a 4X4 was super easy through the company's website. When we called directly, there was an immediate response with a REAL person. This made the whole process so delightful! Picking up and dropping off the car was also a very easy and pleasurable experience. The 4X4 Duster was clean and fuel efficient and took us to many places we would not be able to reach otherwise. All in all, we highly recommend GSS Car Rental! The rental fee is much less than the big international agencies and the intimate one on one service is unbeatable. ~ Madene S
